I have been asking Chicka for over a year if she wanted her ears pierced. Nope. Until last week. She said that she wanted to have her ears pierced! She knew that it would pinch and then it would be ok. And she would have pretty earrings in her ears!

We went to the store to do it tonight. I thought for sure that she was going to change her mind. Nope. She was so brave! She jumped a little bit when the earrings went in, a little whimper and then she wanted to see them! Done!

Why she chose green, I'll never know. She had been talking purple. She had been talking pink. Even yellow. We got to the store and she wanted green. Whateva!

Oh that is so great!

Thanks for coming to my travel site! Set up for computer ignoramuses like us. lol.

I will definitely be piercing Elly's ears! The hispanic in me can't help it. I had to wait 6 WEEKS to pierce my oldest daughter's ears! lol. I was upset she couldn't come home from the hospital with eariings.

Sad, but true.

She sure is a cutie.

And wouldn't it be great if we actually met in China??

Ahnalin has been begging to have her ears pierced and I am not ready for it yet. But I may cave earlier than I did for India. India was 10 when we let her get pierced. Ahnalin is 5 and lobbying big time! I am pretty sure she would choose pink but you never know.
